After checkout, we will send the draft design by email to you during weekday, please confirm the name and age are correct.
Standard template design product can’t be changed. If you want to change the color, front or a little beat of design, you could contact us. We will come back to you for the additional fee needed according to customization level.
After you confirm the final design, you will get your order 14 days later. Not including the urgent case which will be additional charge

If you already done the payment without reserve the party date and our schedule had been full booked. We will refund the money (deduct the credit card service fee) to you.
